SUP Yoga
Sup Yoga provides a truly magical and mindful experience on the water.
SUP Yoga is fantastic for building better balance, flexibility, coordination, endurance, strength and neuro-muscular training. It truly is a mindful, workout on the water. It can be as calming or active as you choose – you are in control.
Stand up Paddling
Stand up paddling lessons for all abilities and fitness levels (no experience necessary, just a willingness to have fun and give it a go).
Lessons are professionally run, personal, fun, supportive and inclusive and are held in small groups on premium Red Paddle Co boards , helping you build confidence and enjoyment quickly.
Meet your instructor Cecily
Cecily realised her desire to share her passion for the water, outdoors, being physically active and all things ‘SUP’ and Yoga, hence Wellbeing SUP Yoga was born.
Cecily has been an avid SUP paddler for the last 8 years and undertook her level 1 SUP instructor and Community Life Saving qualifications in 2020 to enable her to share the sport with others.
Our class sizes are small and are run by a fully qualified yoga and stand up paddle instructor on yoga specific, premier quality Red Paddle Co boards to ensure you get the best experience on the water.

Fusing the two disciplines of stand up paddling and yoga, we have created a dynamic and unique experience unlike anything else you’ve tried before, a real workout on water! We exist to create a joyful and memorable experience in a supportive and inclusive environment. Sessions are based in Melbourne, Victoria at Half Moon Bay in Black Rock and Mother Beach in Mornington, however flexibility of locations is available.
